Return Window

RUVS Naturals offers return or exchange review within the first 1 day from the date of purchase.

If 1 day has passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.
Return and exchange requests are subject to review and approval under this policy.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as received.

The item must have its original packaging.
Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Items may be replaced through exchange only if they are found to be defective or damaged.

Exclusions

Certain product categories or items may be exempted from returns or refunds.

Any such exclusions will be identified at the time of purchase.
Items that do not meet the eligibility conditions may be refused after review.

Inspection and Processing

For accepted return or exchange requests, the product will be inspected after it is received by RUVS Naturals.

We will notify you after receiving the returned or exchanged product.
