Shipping Method
Orders are shipped within India through registered domestic courier companies, logistics partners, and/or speed post depending on serviceability for the delivery pincode.
- The shipping method is selected by RUVS Naturals based on the delivery address, courier availability, product safety, and operational feasibility.
- At this time, RUVS Naturals primarily supports domestic shipping within India. International shipping is not available unless specifically confirmed in writing before order placement.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown before order confirmation or checkout payment.
- Standard domestic shipping is currently offered free on eligible website orders unless the checkout page, offer terms, or order confirmation states otherwise.
- If a special delivery charge, remote-area charge, return courier charge, or other shipping cost applies, it will be communicated before fulfilment wherever applicable.
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by RUVS Naturals or a refund is specifically approved under the Refund Policy.
Dispatch Timing
Orders are shipped within 1 day from the date of the order and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
- Shipment timelines remain subject to courier company or post office norms.
- Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, courier holidays, or during operational disruptions may be processed on the next working day.
- RUVS Naturals is not liable for delays caused by the courier company or postal authority.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, domestic delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on the delivery pincode, courier route, weather, holidays, courier load, and local serviceability.
- Remote locations, containment zones, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, payment verification issues, or courier exceptions may extend delivery timelines.
- Estimated delivery dates are indicative and may change based on courier operations.
- If a shipment is delayed beyond the normal estimate, contact RUVS Naturals support with your order number so the team can check the courier status.
Delivery Details
Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
- Please provide a complete and accurate name, phone number, email address, flat or house number, street, landmark, city, state, and 6-digit pincode.
- Delivery of services or shipment updates may be confirmed through the email ID, phone number, WhatsApp number, or order page specified at the time of purchase.
- RUVS Naturals is not responsible for failed, delayed, or returned deliveries caused by incorrect address, incomplete pincode, unreachable phone number, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery.
- Additional charges may apply if a shipment has to be reattempted or reshipped because of incorrect or incomplete customer-provided details.
Order Tracking
Once the order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared by email, WhatsApp, SMS, order page, or customer support depending on the courier and order flow.
- You can use the tracking link or tracking ID shared with you to check courier movement directly with the logistics partner where available.
- If tracking is not available immediately after dispatch, please allow time for the courier partner to scan and update the shipment.
